BOOKING POLICIES
These policies explain how reservations, payments, check-ins, cancellations, and guest responsibilities are handled on StayEasy.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and completion of the reservation process on StayEasy.
Guests will receive confirmation details once the booking has been successfully recorded.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times may vary by property. Guests should review the property details carefully before arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
3. Guest Verification
Valid government-issued identification may be required before or at the time of check-in.
The primary guest should ensure that booking details match their identification wherever applicable.
4. Occupancy Limits
The total number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the occupancy allowed for the reservation.
Additional unapproved guests may result in refusal of check-in, extra charges, or cancellation.
5. House Rules
Each property may have specific house rules. These may include restrictions related to:
- Smoking
- Pets
- Parties or events
- Noise levels and quiet hours
- Use of facilities and common areas
6. Payment Terms
Payment requirements are shown during checkout. Full or partial payment may be required depending on the booking setup.
Any pending amount, where applicable, must be cleared before check-in.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules may vary by property or offer. Unless stated otherwise on the listing or booking confirmation, the general policy may be:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- Partial refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in
8. No-show Policy
If a guest does not arrive without prior communication, the reservation may be marked as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
9. Damages & Additional Charges
Guests are responsible for loss, breakage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations caused during their stay.
Additional charges may be recovered where appropriate.
10. Booking-related Communication
Guests are encouraged to use StayEasy’s booking chat or official support channels for reservation-related communication.
This helps maintain a clear record and allows faster support where needed.
